We celebrated my son’s birthday at Kartrite this past weekend and felt we had to take the time to come on here and praise Sandra and Dennis for making our very first experience so smooth and delightful. We were very lucky to have been checked in by Sandra who was exceptionally accommodating and answered very nicely all my many questions. She was very professional but most importantly she was patient and kind. Thank you Sandra for making our first Kartrite Experience so sweet! We would also like to thank Dennis for assisting us with a late check out! She was understanding and extremely helpful! Getting ready to head out with 3 kids is A LOT! Luckily for us, Dennis made sure our check out was as smooth and pleasant as our check in! See you guys soon,Sandra and Dennis :)
