Important details
- Your pass is non-transferable and valid only for the date purchased.
- Bring your ticket or proof of purchase to redeem at the waterpark entrance.
- Outside food, beverages and glass are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited, and balloons are not allowed in the waterpark or cabanas.
- Starting October 23, Kartrite Island and Empire Bay River close daily from 2:00–3:15 PM for a scheduled safety break.
Cancellation Policy
You'll receive a full refund or credit with at least 24 hours' cancellation notice, or if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

No. Children ages 2 and under receive complimentary entry with the purchase of a Splash Pass.
No. Bring your own towel or purchase one at the retail shop outside the waterpark. Day pass holders cannot get towels at the towel desk.
