Beginners looking for a gentle introduction to scuba diving consistently praise the instructors here for their patience and clear communication. Nick, Alex, Emma, Hannah, and Rida all get mentioned by name for making nervous first-timers feel safe and comfortable underwater. The instructors take time to explain everything thoroughly, keep a close eye on participants, and genuinely seem to enjoy sharing their enthusiasm for marine life. The experience includes complimentary photos and videos, which reviewers highlight as a fantastic bonus for remembering the adventure. While most people spot interesting wildlife like turtles and various fish species, one reviewer noted expectations should be realistic—this is a beginner dive focused on learning the basics rather than encountering dramatic underwater scenes. The overall vibe is welcoming and low-pressure, with instructors who adapt to different comfort levels and even help guests who struggle with orientation underwater. Korean-speaking visitors specifically mentioned Alex's helpfulness, suggesting the team can accommodate different language needs.

Alex is an excellent instructor. A very easygoing, personable, and clear communicator making the experience smooth. We just went into the Magic Island Lagoon as a small group of 3 and Alex made sure to pick up and show us any natural wildlife that would be ok to hold as the dive lasted a little over an hour. Good times, deserves a pay raise!!!
