Explore Camp Margaritaville by golf cart, driving yourself around the park rather than joining a guided tour.
- Ride in a 4-seat or 6-seat cart
- Choose electric or gas power
What's Included
- Charger or extension cord with electric carts
- Full fuel tank at pickup with gas carts
Important details
- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license and insurance as required by law. Children cannot drive
- Additional charges are not included in the listed price: lost keys cost $10, lost chargers cost $350 and up, and lost extension cords cost $69 and up
- Late returns incur a charge of $75 and up per day. Electric carts returned without a full charge incur an additional day's rental charge; the agreement also lists a charge of $75 and up for returns below 90% charge. Low-charge recovery costs $100 and up
- A $150 service-call fee applies when the problem results from improper operation or an incorrectly connected charging system
- A $20 cleaning fee applies if you return the cart with trash in it. Remove all trash before returning it
- Extra fuel is not included. If a gas cart runs out during your rental, you are responsible for refilling it with clean, unleaded gas. Refueling by the operator costs $4 per gallon
- You are responsible for loss or damage to the cart, associated loss-of-use costs, and any moving or parking violations during your rental
- Sign the rental contract before pickup
- Stay on paved roads. Do not drive out of the park entrance, past Landshark, or onto the golf course. Follow Georgia and local traffic laws, and do not drive under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs
- Do not exceed the cart's seating capacity: 4 people in a 4-seat cart or 6 people in a 6-seat cart, including children
- Electric carts require access to a suitable 110-volt charging outlet. At a campsite, plug into the outlet pole, not your recreational vehicle. For a cabin stay, rent a gas cart or bring an extension cord to reach the back-deck outlet; the side outlets are unsuitable
- Return electric carts fully charged, along with their chargers and extension cords. Keep the charger protected from the elements
- Inspect the cart's safety and mechanical condition before driving, and follow the supplied operating instructions. Do not perform maintenance or repairs yourself
- Remove the keys whenever you leave the cart unattended. Return the keys inside the office, not in the cart
- Pick up your cart between 11 am and 7 pm on the first rental day. Show your confirmation email inside to receive your key and assigned cart number
- Return the cart in its original condition by 10 am the morning after your last rental day
