- Arrive at least 15 minutes early; sessions begin promptly on the hour
- Ages 6+ only
- Attend Sunday only if under 18, with a guardian age 21+ at all times
- The cardholder who booked must attend and bring valid ID for check-in
- Complete the required waiver before participating
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final sale and non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled session. Requests within 48 hours are reviewed at the studio's discretion.

FAQs
Ages 6+ only. Ages 6–15 require an adult to stay with them in the studio at all times. Anyone under 18 may attend on Sundays only with a guardian age 21+ at all times.
Leave your Drip Bear at the studio to cure. Pickup timing will be provided; collect it within 15 days, as unclaimed bears are considered abandoned.
