Know before you go
- Ages 10+ only; participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout training
- Complete the PADI Diver Medical Participant Questionnaire before training
- Bring physician medical clearance if your questionnaire responses require it
- Complete all PADI eLearning before in-person training
- Requires comfort in the water and successful completion of a basic swim and float test
- Do not fly within 24 hours of diving
- Do not use alcohol or drugs before training
- Training requires safe weather conditions and minimum enrollment
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before check-in for a refund or rescheduling, excluding eLearning fees. Within 48 hours, rescheduling costs $50 if requested at least 24 hours before check-in. No rescheduling within 24 hours; full charges apply. No refunds after in-person training begins. Full refund or free rescheduling if the operator cancels due to weather, safety, or operational requirements.
FAQs
Bring swimwear, a towel, a change of clothes, reef-safe sunscreen, a water bottle, and a light snack. Meals and drinks are not included.
Complete the PADI Diver Medical Participant Questionnaire before training. Physician clearance is required if you answer yes to questions 3, 5, or 10, or to any question on page 2.
