Important details
- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license; drivers must be ages 25+ when carrying passengers under 18
- All drivers must complete the State OHV Education Course and have proof of certification before taking possession of the vehicle
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women
- A release of liability waiver is required for each machine
- A Premium Damage Waiver is required and limits damage costs to $1,500 maximum out of pocket per machine
- A $1,500 authorized damage-deposit hold per machine is collected on arrival by credit or debit card
- A mandatory gas charge based on rental duration applies and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added and is not included in the listed price
- Use street-legal machines only on roads with posted speed limits of 55 mph or lower
- Late returns incur a $75 charge after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, and the full-day rental cost after 2 hours
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 3 or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made 1–2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
