• Arrive 20 minutes before your tour
• Complete one waiver per person before check-in
• Ages 16-65 only
• Double riders have a combined weight limit of 350 lbs
• Requires physical ability to operate an ATV and follow safety instructions
• Not suitable during pregnancy or for serious back, neck, or heart conditions
• Valid government-issued ID or driver’s license required for all riders
• Present the credit or debit card used to book at check-in
• A refundable $50 damage deposit per ATV is due at check-in and is not included in the listed price
• No participation while under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Rides operate rain or shine
• Retrieve photos and videos immediately after your tour; media is deleted at the end of the day
