- An authorization hold is placed on your credit card during the rental period
- Use only in calm water with waves of 1 ft or less
- Keep the hammock securely anchored at all times
- Remove the hammock from the water after use and never leave it unattended or at the beach overnight
- Return 24-hour rentals during business hours; late returns may result in additional daily charges
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after the start time are non-refundable. No refunds for early returns.
FAQs
Use the water hammock only in calm water with waves of 1 ft or less. It is not suitable for rough water, high winds, or rough surf.
Keep the hammock securely anchored at all times using the included anchor and rope, attached to a D-ring or handle.
