- Fox enclosure access is limited to ages 9 and older
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult
- Each participant, including accompanying adults, requires a paid ticket

Cancellation Policy
All sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges. Cancel at least one week before the encounter to reschedule to another available date. Later cancellations cannot be refunded or rescheduled. If the center cancels, you will receive a refund of the amount paid.

All participants ages 18 and older must complete a general waiver before arriving. A legal guardian must sign for each participating minor.
Wear closed-toe shoes for enclosure access and casual clothes you do not mind getting dirty. Bring layers, as temperatures can vary significantly from surrounding cities.
Do not bring animals onto the property; dogs must remain in your vehicle. Food is not allowed in enclosures, and smoking or vaping is prohibited on the premises.
