Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. If the operator cancels due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a one year credit. All sales are final once the rental begins. No refunds if canceled due to unsafe operation or unreasonable care of equipment.

FAQs
Arrive at least 45 minutes early to complete pre-ride paperwork, watch the personal watercraft (PWC) safety video, and do the equipment orientation.
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you must complete the Florida Boater’s Temporary Education Course online and have your temporary certificate/boater license for the ride.
Bring the credit/debit card used for your online booking (for verification), a valid government-issued ID, and a valid credit card to keep on file during the rental. You can also bring sunglasses (leash recommended), bottled non-alcoholic beverages, sandals or water shoes, a bathing suit, and a small dry bag (some availability on-site).
