Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early with a valid photo ID to complete check-in, waivers, and life jacket fitting
- Ages 12+ only to pilot rental equipment
- Children under 12 may ride with an adult age 18+ on a SUP, single kayak, or tandem kayak; up to two children per adult
- Child ride-alongs are not permitted on pedal kayaks
- Wear the provided approved personal flotation device at all times on rental equipment
- Follow recommended craft capacities: single kayaks 270–325 lbs, tandem kayaks 400 lbs, pedal kayaks 250 lbs, and SUPs 300 lbs
- Bring pets only on single or tandem kayaks; pets are not allowed on SUPs or pedal kayaks
- Return equipment on time; a $25-per-hour late fee applies, and lost or damaged equipment may incur repair or replacement charges
- Leave valuables behind; secure storage is not available
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours but before the day of your reservation for a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are not refunded. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
FAQs
Your on-water time begins at your scheduled reservation time. Arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete check-in; late arrivals do not receive additional time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Bring a valid photo ID, water bottle, and sunscreen. Leave valuables behind: secure storage is not available, though bathrooms and changing rooms are available in the rental shop.
