Things to know
Must be 18+ to book with a valid ID and form of payment; riders must be 16+. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and all riders must sign waivers. Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.
Transportation is not included. Gratuities are not included. Water is not included and can be purchased for an additional cost—confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking. Arriving late may require rescheduling with a $35.00 per person fee.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 72 hours notice of cancellation from original reservation time. No refund for same day bookings. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
