- Ages 16+ may ride; ages 18+ may rent
- A parent or legal guardian must accompany minors
- Present valid identification and a form of payment at the rental
- Sign a waiver for every rider

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 72 hours' notice before the original reservation time. Same-day bookings are nonrefundable. No-shows are charged the full price. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
