Important details
- All ages welcome. Paddler weight limit: 300 lbs.
- Delivery rentals carry a $10 drop-off fee, not included in the listed price.
- Returns more than 15 minutes late incur a fee of at least $40 per craft, separate from the listed price.
- Additional damage or loss charges apply: $50 for a paddle, $20 for a paddleboard fin, and $25 for damage to a life jacket. A paddleboard damaged beyond use may incur a $500 replacement fee.
- Pickup and off-site use require a 24-hour rental. Return the board by your pickup time or earlier the following day.
- Complete a safety waiver for yourself. A parent must complete a separate waiver for each child.
- Arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled rental to check in and complete any outstanding waiver. Your rental time begins at the scheduled reservation time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours. If the operator stops rentals due to unsafe weather or lake conditions, you'll be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
