Know before you go
- Drivers must be at least 16 and show a valid driver’s license; learner’s permits are not accepted
- Passengers under 16 or without a valid driver’s license may ride in a Side-by-Side ATV
- Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals and flip-flops are not allowed
- Wear eye protection on single ATVs; helmets are required, and bike or sport helmets are not accepted
- Sign the participant agreement, attend the safety briefing, and follow guide instructions
- A parent or guardian must sign the participant agreement for riders under 18
- Not recommended for people with back or neck problems or for pregnant women
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your tour for a refund. Within 7 days, no refund is available and a 25% change or move fee applies. Tours run rain or shine. If the operator cancels or shortens a tour due to weather or trail conditions, an appropriate refund is provided.
FAQs
Wear layers with a windproof or rain layer and clothes that can get dirty or wet. Closed-toe sturdy sneakers or boots are required; sandals and flip-flops are not allowed.
Bring only what you need, such as water and snacks. Wear and cover larger cameras with a jacket or shirt. Store small cameras in a Side-by-Side glove compartment, and expect bags to get dusty, dirty, or wet on the trails.
Use a personal motorcycle-style helmet if you prefer; bike and other sport helmets are not accepted. Eye protection is required on single ATVs—use the provided goggles, sunglasses, or prescription glasses. Goggles fit over most prescription glasses.
