Things to Know
Renters must be at least 25 years old. Florida law requires anyone born after January 1, 1988 to present a valid boating license or complete a temporary boating test before departure. A $200 refundable security deposit is required at check-in and must be placed on a credit or debit card. Renters are responsible for any damage or missing equipment during the rental, including broken ladders, damaged props, lost anchors, or vessel damage. The pontoon must be returned in the same condition it was received. Guests must present the credit card used for booking along with a matching valid photo ID at check-in. Safety instructions are provided in English only.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
