Cancellation Policy
Full refund 7+ days before; 75% refund or current-season rain check 48 hours–7 days before. No refund within 48 hours, for early returns, or if Lake Michigan is inaccessible. Full refund for poor-weather cancellations determined by the operator on the day. No refund if you cancel for low temperatures, light to medium wind, or forecast rain.
