- Only the first floor is wheelchair accessible. Access to the second and third floors requires navigating multiple sets of stairs; there is no elevator.
- Walking between estate buildings requires navigating uneven ground.
- Check-in begins 15 minutes before your scheduled tour. Enter through the east-facing, pillared main entrance.

No. Candlelight tour tickets are not sold at the door, and ticket sales end at noon on the event day.
Free public parking is available in the gravel lot near the estate entrance. Event parking is on the west side of the mansion, between the chapel and solar array. Additional parking is available in the Shore Area Park parking lot.
The low-cost Interurban Bus is available until 7 PM. Taxi and rideshare availability is very limited, so plan your return transportation before heading to the estate.
