- Ages 25+ only to rent and operate the boat
- Bring a driver's license or passport as proof of age and identity
- Complete the required trip registration before departure; operator and guest names are required
- No beaching, smoking, open flames, pets, fishing gear, or barbecues on board
- A $250 penalty applies for smoking or having an open flame on the boat
- A $500 credit-card security hold applies and is released after 3 days if there is no damage; it is waived with third-party 1-day boater insurance
- Gas and tax apply and are not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 5 days' notice. No refund with 1–2 days' notice. Weather-related refunds are not provided for clouds, rain, or sun. Unsafe air quality, high winds, or lightning may qualify for a full refund. No refund if service is refused due to intoxication, drug use, or safety risk.
