Important details

1. Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time
2. Renters must be 21+; drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license
3. All riders must be at least 46 inches tall; drivers with passengers under 18 must be 25+
4. Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 need ATV and UTV safety certification before taking the vehicle
5. Complete one release waiver per vehicle and list all party members as passengers
6. Bring a state-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card
7. A refundable $3,000 damage deposit per vehicle is collected at arrival by credit or debit card
8. Optional $50 damage coverage reduces the deposit to $1,500 per vehicle
9. Helmets and goggles are required; sets are available for $10
10. A 6.5% equipment cleaning fee applies and is not included in the listed price
11. Plan to ride rain or shine
12. Late returns incur a $100 charge for 10 minutes to 1 hour, then $100 per additional hour
