- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time
- Ages 21+ to rent; ages 18+ to drive with a valid driver's license
- A driver age 25+ is required when passengers are under 18
- Minimum rider height: 46 inches
- Bring a state-issued photo ID, water, snacks, sunscreen, bug spray, and clothes that can get dirty
- Complete one liability waiver per vehicle and list all party members as passengers
- Riders born on or after January 1, 1988 require ATV and UTV safety certification for public trails
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women
- A refundable $3,000 damage deposit per machine is collected on arrival by credit or debit card and is not included in the listed price; a $50 premium waiver reduces it to $1,500
- Helmets and goggles are required; sets are available for $10 and are not included in the listed price
- A 6.5% equipment cleaning fee is added to all bookings and is not included in checkout taxes and fees
- Expect rain-or-shine operation
- Return on time: late returns cost $100 from 10 minutes to 1 hour, then $100 per additional hour; disruptions to another rental incur that rental's price

FAQs
Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 require valid ATV and UTV safety certification to operate on public trails. Certification from any U.S. state is accepted and does not expire.
Children may ride if they are at least 46 inches tall and can sit properly with their feet flat on the floor. When passengers are under 18, the driver must be at least 25.
This rental operates rain or shine. Trail closures caused by fire danger or other natural disasters on the day of your rental are rebooked or refunded accordingly.
