Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation for check-in and the safety briefing. All passengers are weighed onsite; weight limits are 300 lbs per seat and 550 lbs total for up to 3 passengers. Children under 24 months may ride in a parent’s lap at no charge.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before arrival are not eligible for a refund. No-shows are not refunded. If cancelled due to weather, they will try to reschedule; if not possible, you will receive a full refund.
