Things to know
All rentals must return by 6:00 PM; late returns incur fees and a 15% gratuity. The primary renter must be at least 21, and every guest must sign a waiver before departure.
Cancellation policy
Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other issues. Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours receive 80% back; within 24 hours receive 50% back or a gift certificate of the paid amount. Rebooking is allowed at no cost when availability permits. No-shows are charged the full price.
