Things to know
Private tours are limited to 6; ages 2 and up count. If 3 or more in your group are 12 or under, at least two adults are required. Tours may be canceled for rain as alpacas stay indoors.
Cancellation policy
Full refund with 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged in full.
