- Arrive 15 minutes before departure for safety and operation training, which takes 20–30 minutes
- Primary renters must be ages 30+ with a valid United States driver's license
- Drivers born after January 1, 1988 require a Florida state-approved boat rental course certificate
- Complete the digital waiver before arrival; each driver must sign one
- Stay within Choctawhatchee Bay, from 1 mile east of the 331 Bridge to Crab Island; Gulf of Mexico travel is prohibited
- Do not dive from the front of the boat because bay water is shallow
- Alcohol is allowed onboard, but boat drivers may not drink alcohol
- A $35 fuel surcharge applies and is not included in the listed price
- Late returns incur a $50 fee for every 15 minutes
- If you need a driver, availability is limited; a $200 service fee applies plus $50 per hour paid directly to the driver
- Pets are allowed with a $35 fee; additional cleaning fees of $25–$50 may apply

Cancellation Policy
Cancel Friday or Saturday reservations at least 1 month before arrival, or Sunday through Thursday reservations at least 2 weeks before arrival, for a full refund. No refunds within those windows or for no-shows. A refund is available if the operator cancels due to unfavorable weather or waves.
