• Primary renters must be ages 30+ with a valid United States driver's license
• Drivers born after January 1, 1988 require a Florida state-approved boat rental course certificate
• Complete the digital waiver before arrival; each driver must sign one
• Stay within Choctawhatchee Bay, from 1 mile east of the 331 Bridge to Crab Island; Gulf of Mexico travel is prohibited
• Do not dive from the front of the boat because bay water is shallow
• Alcohol is allowed onboard, but boat drivers may not drink alcohol
• A $35 fuel surcharge applies and is not included in the listed price
• Late returns incur a $50 fee for every 15 minutes
