The crew at this family-run operation brings infectious energy to every trip, from the banjo-playing bus driver who shuttles you upriver to staff members like Jeff, Sydney, and Sabrina who get mentioned repeatedly for going the extra mile. The vibe hits you the moment you arrive: friendly, laid-back, and genuinely fun. People rave about the smooth check-in process, clean facilities with essential supplies available, and those entertaining safety briefings that actually keep you engaged.
