- Each adult must sign a waiver; include minors' names on the signed waiver
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied on site by an adult 18+ or parent/guardian

Smash Alley is recommended for all ages. Ages 2–17 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible party age 18+ who can sign the liability waiver on the minor's behalf. The accompanying adult may watch without participating.
Sign a waiver before entering. Each adult participant must sign their own waiver, and a parent or guardian must sign for minors.
Protective eye gear is provided and required while throwing. Aim toward the bullseye and stay out of the restricted area inside the alley.
