Itinerary
Day 1
- Upon completion of your academic materials prior to your arrival, we will conduct a short classroom academic review of the safety concerns while performing a deep dive after which we will conduct a short skills review in the pool to refresh the appropriate skills that are necessary for this course.
- In the afternoon we will conduct 2 deep dives.
Day 2
- We will conduct 2 additional deep dives to complete your course.
Important details
- Ages 15+ only
- Requires Open Water Diver certification or comparable certification from a recognized training agency
- Complete all applicable academic materials before the first course day
- Boat trips depend on safe weather conditions and minimum customer numbers
Cancellation Policy
No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before the course start date. Cancellations more than 7 days before may receive a 50% refund. Reschedule at no cost, subject to boat trip and instructor availability. Complete rescheduled courses within 1 year of the original booking date or they may be cancelled without refund. Alternate open-water training sites may be used in inclement weather.
FAQs
The course may be shortened to one day if you completed the SSI Advanced Open Water course and one of your completed specialty dives was a deep dive.
