Cancellation Policy
No refunds within 48 hours of the reservation. If you arrive late, they will try to accommodate you on the next tour the same day, but availability is not guaranteed; you pay any price difference if the new tour costs more. Full refund if the tour is cancelled due to weather, mechanical failure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient reservations.
