Important details

- The renter must be age 18 or older
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early to complete required waivers before riding
- Bring an ID and credit or debit card for every rider
- Credit or debit cards may be held during the ride instead of an upfront security deposit, and damage fees may be charged to the card
- Return your rental on time; late fees apply
- Bring clothes you do not mind getting dirty

Receive a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
