Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure
- A valid driver’s license is required to operate a Tomcar; drivers must be ages 16+
- Riders under 18 must wear a DOT-approved helmet, supplied for the tour
- A parent or guardian must be present at check-in for riders under 18
- Maximum rider weight is 280 lbs
- A minimum of two adults is required per booking
- Complete a waiver before the tour
- The credit card holder must attend check-in with the matching card and valid government-issued ID
- A required Bureau of Land Management access fee applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
100% refund for most cancellations made more than 48 hours before start. No refund within 48 hours; rescheduling is available for $50 per person.
FAQs
Wear closed-toe shoes, long pants, a comfortable shirt, and a hat. Bring sunglasses, a camera, and sunscreen if you use it. You may bring non-alcoholic drinks for the coolers.
Drivers ages 16–17 require a parent or guardian to complete an additional driving waiver assuming liability for the vehicle.
