- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Bring a driver's license and the physical credit card used to book
- A physical credit card is required for a $500 damage hold, not included in the listed price
- Expect damage charges beyond the hold when applicable, including a $500 minimum for a crash, tip-over, or rollover
- Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals and Crocs are not allowed
- Dress for the weather and bring a jacket in cold conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled tour to receive a refund. No refunds for late arrivals, missed starts, or going to the wrong location. A full refund is available if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.

Do not use Uber or Lyft for transportation to the Guided UTV Tour. Car services will not wait during the tour or return for pickup; rental cars work well.
