Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in. Drivers must present a valid driver’s license; driver and passenger age rules vary by vehicle type (no minimum age for Jeeps). For Polaris UTVs, accidental damage may trigger a $1500 security deposit charge if the vehicle is accidentally damaged.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund or credit with 72 hours notice. One rescheduling allowed with 24 hours notice. No-shows charged the full reservation price. Customers who are rescheduled will receive a refund or gift card if cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
