- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license; drivers must be ages 25+ when carrying passengers under 18
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- Complete one release of liability waiver per machine, including all party members as passengers
- Watch the required safety video before your ride
- A Premium Damage Waiver is required and limits ATV or UTV damage costs to $1,500 per machine
- A $1,500 damage-deposit hold per machine is authorized on a credit or debit card upon arrival
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- A 3% Utah State Bureau of Land Management fee and an 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee are added and not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3+ days in advance for a full refund; 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled.
