Important details
- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license
- If any passenger is under 18, the driver must be ages 25+
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- Complete the State OHV Education Course and have proof of certification before taking the vehicle
- Complete one liability waiver per machine and list all party members as passengers
- A required premium damage waiver limits out-of-pocket UTV/ATV damage costs to $1,500 per machine
- A $1,500 authorized damage-deposit hold per machine is required on the day of your reservation by credit or debit card
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee applies in addition to the listed price and is not reflected in "taxes and fees"
- Late returns incur a $75 charge after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, and the full-day rental cost after 2 hours
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 3 or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made 1–2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
