Full refund with 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price. All tours have a minimum of 6 paying fares.

If weather changes the tour from Oceanside to Bayside, you’ll be contacted and offered the option of a full refund. A slight refund is also issued if the tour changes to Bayside.
