Things to know
You must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card to rent. A security deposit is held on your credit card on the day of rental, and optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance is available for purchase. Extra rental time is charged in 15-minute increments, and late returns are billed at $1 per minute.
Cancellation Policy
The operator may cancel due to weather (heavy rain, high winds, or lightning). If the seller cancels prior to departure, you can reschedule (subject to availability), receive a gift card, or get a full refund (including trip protection). If cut short due to severe weather, rainchecks are given; no full refunds after departure.
