The vibe here is genuinely fun, and the reviews back it up consistently. Groups keep coming back, from family outings to bachelorette weekends, and the trails seem to be a big part of the appeal. The 8-hour rental option in particular gets called out as well worth it, giving riders plenty of time to explore without feeling rushed. Staff members like Shante and Ishya get personal shoutouts for being friendly, patient, and thorough with their instruction before heading out. First-timers especially seem to appreciate how well the team walks everyone through the basics before hitting the trails. The Expedition vehicle gets a specific mention for being nimble and comfortable, which is a nice detail if you're trying to pick the right rental. One minor note from a reviewer was that the merchandise selection could be a little more robust, but that's pretty small in the grand scheme of things. If you're looking for something active and outdoorsy to do in the Traverse City area, this one is hard to talk yourself out of.
