Know before you go

• Arrive 20 minutes early for check-in, orientation, and operating instructions
• Primary renter must be age 21+ with a valid driver’s license
• Riders under 16 must ride with a parent or legal guardian
• Complete the online waiver before arrival
• Closed-toe shoes are required for all riders
• A $1,000 credit-card hold is required per unit rented
• Pick up and return at the same trailhead or location unless otherwise authorized
• Return the unit full of fuel with a receipt or a $4.50-per-gallon charge applies
• Late returns incur a $50-per-hour charge
• Stay on designated trails; off-trail riding, deep-water crossings, and towing are prohibited unless authorized
• Requires sitting upright with a seatbelt fastened; riders must fit securely with feet on the floor
• Combined passenger weight must remain within the vehicle manufacturer’s rating
• Not recommended during pregnancy or for back, neck, or serious medical conditions
• Rentals operate in light rain; severe weather may prevent departure or end a ride early
• Some trailhead drop-off and pick-up locations may have an additional delivery fee not included in the listed price
• Later pickup times up to 8 PM carry an additional $50-per-hour charge
