- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Ages 8 to 78 only; drivers must be 21+ with a valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 participants per tour
- Maximum weight is 250 lbs; requires good physical condition, endurance, balance, and coordination
- Not available during pregnancy or with recent injuries, surgery, or health conditions that make the activity dangerous
- Not available for heart, respiratory, seizure, back, neck, leg, vision, or hearing conditions, or while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Requires ambulatory mobility; wheelchairs and electric scooters are not permitted
- Wear protective eyewear; goggles are required for drivers and front passengers
- Goggles and face coverings are available for $10 each, cash only
- Complete a waiver; minors require a parent or legal guardian signature
- The cardholder must attend with the physical card used and matching valid photo ID; both will be photographed
- A per-vehicle card hold for damage or misuse applies and is released after the tour
- UTV rollovers incur a minimum $1,000 charge plus repair costs
- Follow guide instructions and keep all body parts inside the vehicle
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations; rain generally isn't a valid reason to cancel. Full refund if the operator cancels the tour.
FAQs
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe or swim shoes. Flip-flops and regular sandals are not permitted. Bring protective eyewear; drivers and front passengers must wear goggles.
Bring swimwear and a cover-up only if you choose the optional water dip. This UTV tour does not include snorkeling or swimming with sea turtles.
Bring cash if you plan to purchase local cuisine, goggles, or a face covering. Goggles and face coverings are available for purchase with cash only.
