- Ages 3+ only. Each group requires an adult age 18+, and each kayak requires at least one person age 16+
- Weight limits: 250 lbs per person and 400 lbs combined per kayak
- Swimming ability is required for everyone in your group
- You cannot participate while drunk or under the influence of drugs
- Do not wear bug spray; it damages the clear kayak bottoms
- Complete a waiver before the tour
- Arrive 20 minutes before departure for check-in, life jacket fitting, and the kayaking lesson
Cancellation Policy
You'll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before departure, or if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

If you're driving and not staying at the resort, park in the upper outdoor lot on the right just before the security gate. Follow the stairs and path to the lobby, then take the complimentary shuttle to the dock. Allow extra time to get from the parking lot to the dock.
You'll get wet from paddling. Wear shorts and a T-shirt; water shoes or sandals with back straps are suggested. Otherwise, remove your shoes and leave them in the shoe bin before kayaking.
Yes, you can bring your phone on the kayak tour at your own risk. A waterproof case with a lanyard is commonly used. Leave belongings you don't want to take on the water, such as bags, shoes, or phones, in the kiosk.
