Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure receive a full refund. No refund is given for cancellations within 24 hours. Private charters require 7 days notice for a refund. A 20% fee applies to rescheduling within 24 hours and to all cancelled private tours. Full refunds are issued if the operator cancels due to weather or lack of participation.
