- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled ride or lunch time
- Ages 9+ only; riders under 15 must be accompanied by an adult

- Wear full-length pants and closed-toe shoes
- Complete a waiver before arrival; a parent must sign for riders under 18
- No backpacks during the ride; limited saddlebag space is available
- Requires mounting, dismounting, and maintaining balance in the saddle

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations 48 hours or more before start. No refunds within 48 hours or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
