Important details
- Complete the e-sign waiver for every person in your party before arrival
- Arrive on time, as late arrivals reduce your pool time
- Leave pets at home and out of your vehicle; service animals are welcome
- Keep alcohol, glass, food, music devices, and soap out of the pool area
- Pack out all trash and follow leave-no-trace practices
- Use the main parking lot and check in at the office before proceeding to the pool when arriving by motorized vehicle
- Use a snowmobile or tracked vehicle for winter access, when the road is snow-covered and closed to wheeled traffic
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 2 weeks before arrival. Cancellations 1–2 weeks before arrival receive a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations less than 1 week before arrival.
