With at least 48 hours' cancellation notice, you'll receive a full refund or credit. Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice incurs a 50% fee. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
