Ages 18+ to rent and 16+ to operate with a legal guardian or parent present; ages 6+ to ride. Arrive 45 minutes before departure. If born on or after January 1, 1988, you must complete Florida's Boater's Temporary Education Course online before riding.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund or credit with at least 24 hours’ notice. If the operator cancels due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances before the rental begins, you receive a one-year credit. All sales are final once the rental starts. No refunds if the operator cancels due to unsafe operation or unreasonable care.
FAQs
Arrive at least 45 minutes early to complete pre-ride paperwork, watch a personal watercraft (PWC) safety video, and go through equipment orientation.
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you must complete Florida’s Boater’s Temporary Education Course online and have your boater license or temporary certificate.
Bring the credit/debit card used to book (for verification), a valid government-issued ID, and a valid credit card to keep on file during your rental. Also bring sunglasses (leash recommended), bottled non-alcoholic beverages, sandals or water shoes, a bathing suit, and a small dry bag (some are available on-site).
