Know before you go
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early; on-water time starts at your scheduled reservation time and late time is not added
- Ages 12+ may pilot rental equipment
- Riders under 12 must share a SUP, single kayak, or tandem kayak with an adult age 18+; up to two children may accompany each adult
- Child ride-alongs are not allowed on pedal kayaks
- Wear the provided approved personal flotation device at all times on rental equipment
- Return equipment on time; late returns incur a $25-per-hour fee, not included in the listed price
- Expect repair or replacement charges for lost or damaged equipment, not included in the listed price
- Leave valuables behind; secure storage is not available
- Pets are allowed only on single and tandem kayaks
- Recommended capacities: single kayak 270–325 lbs, tandem kayak 400 lbs, pedal kayak 250 lbs, SUP 300 lbs
Cancellation Policy
For 4 crafts or fewer, cancel more than 24 hours before for a full refund; cancel within 24 hours but not on the same day for a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are not refunded. For 5+ crafts, cancel more than 72 hours before for a full refund; cancel 24–72 hours before for a 50% refund. Within 24 hours, no refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.

Use the bathrooms and changing rooms at the rental shop. Leave valuables behind: lockers and secure storage are not available, and staff cannot hold personal items.
Complete check-in before your scheduled start time, as your on-water time begins then and cannot be extended. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are considered a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
