• Arrive during launch hours from 9 AM to 3 PM and launch by 3 PM
• Ages 18+ only to rent; single passengers must be at least 12 and accompanied by a parent in the group
• Maximum combined weight is 500 lbs per kayak
• Leave disposable items and alcohol behind; pets are not permitted in rental equipment
• Remain in your boat; swimming and exiting the kayak are not permitted
• Wear a life jacket at all times for children under 6
• Requires the ability to follow instructions and operate, enter, exit, balance, and paddle the watercraft independently or with a companion or adaptive equipment
• Requires tolerance of outdoor exposure, currents or waves, insects, bright sunlight, and 72-degree water
• Return by your scheduled time; late returns incur a $50 per vessel, per hour charge not included in the listed price
• Note that the launch area is several miles downstream from Kings Bay and its springs
