- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time
- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Complete a waiver before departure
- Alcohol and drugs are not permitted while on or operating watercraft
- All participants must have a personal flotation device (PFD) with them
- Unaccompanied minors under 18 and all minors under 13 must wear a PFD at all times
- Minors under 18 need a parent or guardian present or a signed unaccompanied waiver
- Observe the listed craft capacity and weight limits, which range from 100 to 1,000 lbs depending on the craft
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 1 week before for a full refund. Cancel more than 48 hours before for an 80% refund. No refunds for full cancellations within 48 hours. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, equipment, or other unforeseen circumstances.
