Know before you go
- Children under 6 must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved Type I, II, or III personal flotation device while underway
- Swimming is not recommended in the creek because of alligators
- Expect narrower water and faster current when paddling upstream from Fisheating Creek Campground
- Kayaking is best at water levels of at least 2 feet; canoeing is best at 2.5 feet, and both should not exceed 6 feet
Cancellation Policy
No refund for cancellations within 48 hours, except when inclement weather closes the river on the event day.
